Why Keep the Sabbaths?

Some people told me that it does not matter which day we worship Elohim on. Does it matter which day we dedicate to worshipping YHVH on, or does it?
What about the Biblical Holy Days? Should we keep them? If so, why?
I have asked myself these questions. Some people told me it is dangerous to ask these questions because it questions or challenges YHVH’s logic and command. But what is the answer? Or is there more than one answer?
How Important is forgiveness between each other? Is it essential to forgive others who may offend us in some way? What about forgiveness between YHVH and us? Is it a given? Can we earn his forgiveness?
Between Us
NKJ Matthew 6:15 “But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
Here we clearly see the crux of the matter. If we can’t forgive others who sin against us, the Father will not forgive our sins against him. Pretty simple. I admit that I have sinned against some people and asked forgiveness but have not received it.
